DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping fee:
- All orders have a shipping fee of 35,000 VND
Delivery time:
- All TOBI orders do not support viewing the product. After receiving the product, if the product is defective, incorrect or not as expected, please contact us for the fastest support.
- TOBI will pack and ship the goods within the agreed time when you have completed all the ordering procedures. Shipping time usually takes at least 2 - 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) depending on the receiving location.
- Delivery time: delivered during daily business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). When the order is delivered at an inconvenient time, you can proactively schedule an appointment with the delivery staff to receive the goods at a suitable time.
- In case you choose bank transfer, order processing time will be calculated from when TOBI receives your completed payment.
- TOBI reserves the right to change delivery times without prior notice in the event of natural disasters or other special events.
- Your order will be delivered a maximum of 3 times (in case the first delivery is unsuccessful, the delivery staff will contact you to continue delivery on the next day). In case we still cannot contact you or do not receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid.
- If after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order will be returned to the warehouse. If you want to receive the goods, please pay the delivery fee (35,000 VND) so that TOBI can send the goods to you a second time.
- To check your order information or status, please use the Phone Number that placed your order and check with customer service.
- When the goods are delivered to you, please complete the payment with the delivery staff if your order is a COD order.
