RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For Online orders:
- TOBI supports product returns within 3 days from the date of receipt according to the shipping receipt.
- The policy is only applied once for full-priced products. Returned products must have intact labels, tags, labels, invoices, unused products, and no strange odors.
- The return policy applies to all products on the system with the same price or higher. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. In cases of manufacturer errors or wrong product delivery, TOBI will cover 100% of shipping and exchange costs.
- The policy does not apply to discounted products or products that are on other promotional programs.
- TOBI does not accept returns or refunds in case the customer changes his mind.
- Please return the defective product to the nearest branch. TOBI will proceed to exchange and process the defective product upon receipt.
For in-store orders:
- TOBI supports product returns within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- The policy only applies once for products of full price or more: Returned products must have intact stamps, tags, labels, invoices and be unused, with no strange odors. (shipping receipt).
- The policy does not apply to discounted products or products on other promotions. Products purchased in-store can be exchanged at any store nationwide.
