Step 1: Search and select your favorite product on the Website
You can search for products in 2 ways:

• Type the name of the product you are looking for in the search bar
• Search by product category (TEE, HOODIE, Collections…)

Step 2: Click on the product you want to buy. Choose color, choose size then click on “Add to cart” button to put the product in cart

Step 3: Select “Proceed to order” and log in to your TOBI account or register a new account

Step 4: Fill in the delivery information, enter the promotion code, promotion program and choose the payment method. (Note: Please fill in the delivery address information including Province/City, District/County, Ward/Commune and Phone number).

Step 5: After completing the order, you will receive an Email & Message notifying you of your order. A call center staff will contact you within 1-2 days to confirm the order.

Step 6: After the staff confirms the order, TOBI will proceed to deliver the goods to you.
