Learn about Michel Caza - The World's Master of Screen Printing Masters


Michel Caza was born on August 2, 1935 in France. He has been a high-tech screen printing manufacturer since 1954 and is considered the “Master of the World’s Screen Printing Masters”.

His last company - Graficaza (1983 to 2004) specialized in industrial, artistic and POS screen printing. Graficaza won 350 awards from 1983 to 2004 in screen printing competitions.


He is an expert and pioneer in UV ink technology since 1976 for screen printing and 1996 for digital printing. Mr. Michel Caza also invented the color-sublimation formula for printing in 1963 and was also the first to implement a four-color screen printing process at 300 LPI (120/cm).



Michel Caza is one of the founders of FESPA International (1962), and was its President from 1996 to 2002.

In addition, he was also President of FESPA France in previous years, and is currently honored as Honorary President of the organization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Michel Caza has researched and produced a series of famous works and projects, leaving a deep impression. Michel Caza also received the highest honor of SGIA USA (now Printing United US), the “Howard Parmele” award in 2010.

He also published a book summarizing more than 60 years of research and creation, invention and work in the screen printing industry “The Chameleon of Contemporary Art”. Mr. Michel also released many technical CDs and many articles in technical magazines around the world.

He has also done the work of silkscreen printing with more than 700 famous painters and artists in the world. Especially in Vietnam, there are two painters who have had their paintings silkscreened by him, namely Painter Le Ba Dang and Truong Thi Thinh...



In addition, Michel Caza has also collaborated with a series of famous luxury fashion brands such as: Chanel, Rochas, Dior, Lacôme, Louis Vuitton, Chopard, Minelli, Mont Blanc,... Although he is now retired, Mr. Michel Caza continues to teach and consult on screen printing management for high-level Associations and Organizations.



Currently in Vietnam - Quyen Cun (Quan Thế Quyền) is a student of the elite group (First Circle Pupils) of Mr. Michel Caza, including world-famous printing masters such as Mark A.Coudray, Mark Gervais, Robert Bellemare, Monica Chan, Lorenz Boegli, Artem Nadisravili, Yoshitaka Kumazawa, Samir Sadikoglu, Bhargav Mistry, Sergiy Glusko, Niki Nikolov, Quyen Cun. His students come from countries such as the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey, India, Japan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, China and VietNam.
